How long do you have to execute a will from the date of the deceased in the state of Utah?

A person must execute a will before they pass on. Otherwise, the property of the deceased is governed by the laws of the state where that person died or where the property is located. That is call intestate succession. I hope that helps.

If you are asking how soon after death must a will be probated, the answer is that the will must be probated within 3 years after death.
