I am male 22 years old. I have a past medical history of brain damage, at the age of 12, and am now epileptic. My parents have been divorced and I have been in my fathers custody since. I was provided a 100,000.00 settlement by my mom's insurance and have not seen where it went for the last 7-8 years. I have been living with my mom for the majority of the time, but my father had legal custody of me as a minor.
P. S. My dad treats me like crap, and places too many restraints on me to allow me to come close to liking him.

The settlement money should have been placed in trust for your benefit. Your mother can be required to make an accounting of how she spent the money. If she did not use it for your benefit, she can be compelled to pay it back to you.
