Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

My mother granted one of my brother's friends to be the executor of her living will and trust. She has passed on, and he will not give out any information about what is going on to me. I am her 4 th sibbling and am concerned he is taking advantage of an investment she has coming in each month at 3000.00 plus. Whom do I contact to save her integridty?

If the friend will not make a disclosure you will need to file suit to compel the disclosure and accounting of the estate. The executor/trustee has a duty to make an accounting.
