Re: ownerships over a plot

The legal issue is whether your aunt had the authority to designate the use of the plot for your mother. If she was properly authorized, then there is nothing which your other relatives can do. However, if title belongs in your relative's name, then you will need to resolve this problem with them. Begin with the cemetery which should have verified title. The best solution may be for your to purchase a lot for your mother, return the plot to your relatives, and have the cemetery pay for the cost of relocation if they erred in allowing your aunt to use the plot for your mother. You do not need to buy anyone a car.
