:Power of Attorney

My mother signed a Power of Attorney for me to act ofr her. WHen we signed it, we did not notice the date on one page was 19___. It was signed in Aug of 2008. On the page it says August of 1908.

It was notorized and the Notary did not catch it wither.

Do we have to do another one?

ALso we have moved from Idaho to Utah, do we need a different one?

You and your mother can correct the date if both of you initial the changes. However a new power of attorney properly executed would be preferable.
