Power of attorney

Is it all right if I have two persons (my kids) to each have power of attorney on my living trust?

Re: Power of attorney

You can have any person over eighteen hold a power of attorney. However, if you have a trust, you do not usually have a power of attorney over a trust. A trust uses trustees. If you do not have an attorney assisting you in preparing your trust, you may be making mistakes which may invalidate your trust. Call for a free consultation.
