what are the different powers of atty . whitch one is most power

brother is listed P.O.A. in the will, then amendment in the trust myself (special P.O.A.) and again (durable P.O.A.)

The titles do not provide the powers, the language in them does. You will have to read them to know, or have an attorney read them for you.
