process of trusts
does anyone know where I could go to do some research on the process of litigation a trust goes through to become legal? I really need help with this. It is for a research paper, but if anyone answering knows about it, please tell what you know too.

The only time a trust goes through litigation to be declared valid is when one of the beneficiaries disagrees with the terms of the trust and is litigating in court to have the terms of the trust changed, or the whole trust thrown out. Normally, a trust is not litigated; the Successor Trustee will administer the trust according to its terms, and the court is not involved at all. Lack of coourt involvement is one of the advantages of a trust.
