need help with her property

my mom recently died she got the home when she divorced my dad she quitclaimed it to her boyfriends mother because she had been in trouble with the police. she told me the house would go to me when she died but her boyfriend wont even let me in the house do i have any rights

If she quit claimed to some other party, that party owns it. Her verbal promise means nothing.
