Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
So I recently (4 months ago) moved into a condo am and leasing it from the owner with 2 friends of mine. My ladlord and owner of the condo thought that I was cute and asked me out on a date, not wanting to say no and make things awkward while we were still signing the lease I went out with him. After going out with him and finding out that he was 32 (I am 20), and that he has been to jail for selling drugs i started to feel very un-comfortable about the situation. He kept asking me out and I was scared to say no to him because he has access to where I live and he scares me. I finaly started hanging out with a new guy and it made me feel safe about telling my landlord that I no longer want to see him. That was about a month into my 12 month lease, and I have felt uncomfortable about it the entire time. Is there anything i can do to break my lease? I don't want to live scared about this for another 8 months.

Your lease is probably unbreakable for the term at which you signed.
Have your new boyfriend interface with the landlord.
