Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Yes I have a renunciation question. I've been told to sign one but I feel like the rest of the parties are lying. The paper has to be overnighted today or they say they are dropping the case because the property is being put into foreclosure. Am I wrong for putting it off this long? They want to sell the estate after I sign but I feel like I won't get what is supposed to be my inheritance. I'm at a loss but I don't want to make a mistake.

If they are asking you to renounce your interest, you will be giving up your right to any of the estate (I am assuming that is what you mean by "renounce"). If the form is a waiver of notice, frequently used in informal probate cases, all you are doing is saying that the personal representative can notify you of any documents that are filed, and you do not have to wait for the court to hold a hearing for everything.
