Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah
My sister and I and my dad had our names on a paid off house. My dad live in it for years
and the last 2 -3 year my dad let his family member move in ! My dad got sick and past away!
i called on the title company . and they told me there are now 4 people on the title my sister I my dad and now the family member. how can they do this with out letting sister and know!
the family meber is still living there.

Everything will depend on just what your Dad transferred, and how title was held before the transfer. If he just transferred his interest, then he can do that. but it sounds like he did more than that. I would have to review the transferring and titling documents in order to know just what he did.
