Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

I am looking for an estate lawyer to see if there is anything we can do about a case of revocable and irrevocable trust money theft. I am a procrastinator and time is running out and my mother needs someone fast to help her. We were looking for a lawyer that would do it for a percentage of the money. I believe we are talking well over 5 to 10 thousand. My grandparents had two trust funds and my uncle didn�t give my mom her half of the money. He recently died and the trust went to his wife and she died so the money is going to his three kids. He took most of the assets (stocks, bonds, land.) and put them into his own trust fund with his name on it. (A Val Ferrin intro vitro trust fund). I had a paralegal look over the papers we got which are a mess and he said there is definitely fraud. And to call you guys. His name is Terrance Wills and being a lot smarter than I am he could explain it better than I could unless we could meet and show you what we have. We need to file something for more time ASAP. There was also a lot of property that my uncle took and put into his trust fund. I remember my grandparents each had a five thousand dollar life insurance policy on top of all his stocks and bonds and money. He lived off of all of the dividends and interest very well and my uncle did not give my mother very many papers. He gave her about 100 thousand dollar and that is all. There is a half of a flying J gestation on Wall that the property was sold and my mom got nothing of that. She is supposed to get half of everything. I am trying to help her before it is gone. She went to a lawyer a long time ago and he said it is a can of worms and told her there was nothing she could do. I think she needs to file a claim against the estate and at least try. She doesn�t have a lot of money but if you would work with her and at least look what we have over you can see definite fraud. My cousin Randi took care of my grandmas check books and all of that. She has hardly ever worked and yet she has a house and a new car. She is not on any SS or anything. I want to know how a single old lady does that with no help. I believe she is behind a lot of the theft and believe she belongs in jail. She is the most miserable person I have ever met. She is younger than I am and walks with a cane and her hair is white. I believe that is what stealing and plotting and planning like that will do to you. Let me know if you would like to look at my mother�s case. She lives in Logan.
