I ordered will for widow with adult children. However My childred are from a fprmer marriage(deceased) and Step childred from last marraige, also deceased. Is there a form for listing all names?

The only way you can be assured of getting a good will is to talk to an attorney. Form wills are often invalid, incomplete and inadequate. You probably need more than just a will as well.
