Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

I am the treasurer of water company and person wants to transfer stock certificate and owner is deceased. What documentation should I request? Certs are in name of his father (deceased) who had a trust, but now mother (trustee) is also deceased. Mother had signed back of certs before her death.

A court order is required to appoint a personal representative of the deceased to make the transfer. The new personal representative, once he/she obtains letters of administration, can execute the certificate so it can be transferred.
