Yes, but not for the same property, otherwise there will be some sort of a legal battle between the trusts. You can have a trust for your home and farm, and another trust for the business, another for your investments and so forth. The questions is why do you want more than one trust? It may be a waste of time and money. A single trust can encompass a lot of separate conditions and situations.
