Trust Will Foreign Wife

Hi, I am a romanian citizen and I'd very much apreciate any of your help. I'll be very short in my matter hopping that people in low could understand what's all about. I had a wonderful friend-ship for about 4 years before getting married to an american citizen from Utah, Salt Lake. My marriage time was for about an year. He died. After a wile I contact the Esq (I don't really know if this is how is called the legal person who send me the copy of the Trust Will)of my deceased husband and after a few mails, this lower or Esq sent me the copy. I never been called when (if) they oppened the Will nor I received anything that is specificated in my husband's Will. I recontacted this lower and says is no longer represent my husband family nor interests. But how is it posibly to resign your duty as long as you have not honorated this duty you're also been paid for?!? I am positive that my husband family and lower thinks that because I am a romanian citizen and a romanian citizen it is hard for me to do something. It is indeed. Is been passed 2 years since my husband died and I need help and to know when may I receive what is written in WILL and what is my legal right to my husband pension? He also has 5 children from a previous marriage.
