Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Unclaimed Joint Property

My Ex-Husband (now deceased) and I bought and sold a home in which there is an small amount of undispersed escrow funds (1500.00) in the State of Utah unclaimed property.

We held Title as Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants and the porperty was sold 2 years prior to his death. He had no known will, was not remarried and has no biological children. Do his parents have heir to this claim.

Re: Unclaimed Joint Property

If you held title as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, you are entitled to the entire amount.
