In Utah, what is the wife legally entitled to in a will if the husband has descendants from a previous spouse?

The surviving spouse in a second marriage is entitled to $83000,plus one-half of the remainder of the estate. The amount is adjusted for inflation, but the above amount I beleive is correct.
