Will Benefactor
my brother is the executor of my deceased fathers will. My mother is stil alive. my brother and my mother refuses to have a copy or to read my fathers will. just before my fathers death he spoke to me of college funds he had set up for my 3 children and money that he had set aside for me. as a benefactor of his will do i not have a right to a copy of his will and to have my brother removed as the executor?

You are entitled to a copy of the will. You can apply to be named the personal representative (executor) of your father's will. This is done through probate in court. You may call for a free consultation.
