Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

In Utah, do all deaths have to go to probate even is EVERYTHING is in both names, (bank accounts, stocks, etc) and home is recorded to go to spouse and one child upon death of one spouse? No other assets.

If the deed lists the names of survivors and the language "joint tenants with rights of survivorship" no probate is necessary.
