Legal Question in Workers Comp in Utah
Im currently trying to not have to go to court if subpoenaed. My ex girlfriend is trying to get me involved in her personal injury case against her work. The reason i dont want to go is because i dont want to see her. She sends me text messages saying "im hers forever, and she dont care if she has to wait 100 years she has nothing but time" ...i have all her messages saved. Is there anything i can do? Because im not going anywhere near her

The problem is the fact that a subpoena is a court order which requires your appearance so you would need to go.
