Legal Question in Workers Comp in Utah

I injured my feet pushing carts at Costco. Injury did not occur all at once but from repetitive pressure on the balls of my feet from pushing carts uphill. Got worse over months. Filled out bumps and bruises sheet and nothing was done. Filled out official injury form in December 07. Workers comp has covered my visits to podiatrist. Has been almost three years now and has become apparent my feet will likely not fully recover. Podiatrist can't do anything more than give me the custom orthodics that he did. Pain isn't great enough to justify cortisone shots and there's nothing to fix with surgery. Seeing as I have to wear the orthodics at all times (even in my house shoes) to minimize pain and I can't enjoy any of the activities I used to (such as walking around the house barefoot and practicing martial arts) without aggravating my condition, am I entitled to go after Costco? If so, is it worth the hassle?
