Legal Question in Workers Comp in Utah

leg injury

i was in an industrial accident were i was crushed in between two forklifts and almost lost my leg i have had many surgerys and i feel i am getting cheated on my inpairment rating of only 24% and i dont know what to do about this im only 24 years of age and have nerve damage for life lots of hardware etc.

Do you already have an attorney helping you?

If you do not you really should get one. In new york where i practice, there is something called a minors wage expectancy that does effect how much you get paid in Comp.

I do not know the law in Utah, but could help you find an attorney that does.
