Legal Question in Workers Comp in Utah

Is there a way to have a needed surgery without having to wait for all the workers comp paperwork to go through if waiting will cause signifcant damage to to injured area?

You can request an emergency decision. Contact your worker's comp company and explain the circumstances. You can also take the risk to get the operation on your own.
