business (S corp) shares sold
sold 50% of corporate shares for 20,000. received money, now want to return money and cancel transaction. Live in Vermont. Is there a time frame to cancel?

I am sorry, but unless your contract has provisions for you to terminate the sale, you are stuck. You should immediately call the atorney who represented you in this transaction. If you do not have an attorney, get one now!
