Legal Question in Business Law in Vermont
Instruments
I own a string instrument shop. If someone leaves an instrument to be repaired and desn;t pick it up for a year and 1/2. What can I do wih this instrument? Is it ours if no one claims it? Is there a time limit on this kind of thing?
