Does a bank have a right to continuely contact work numbers after contacting home ?

Is the bank collecting its own debt? How much is owed? You may wish to send them a certified letter or letter from an attorney advising them to Cease & Desist telephone communication. Have you considered Bankruptcy or are you interested in paying off the debt (% or payment plan), assuming the debt is valid.
