Legal Question in Criminal Law in Vermont
Runaway Judge with own agenda and prejudice
Why can't one have a change of venue out of a judges court and if so how many days prior to a trial or sentencing before a plea agreement is completed does one have to make that petition and can a lawyer do that?

This is a question you should pose to your attorney who is handling your criminal case. If you do not have an attorney representing you, you should consider retaining one. Getting a change of venue may not be your best option. Perhaps you need your attorney to file a motion for the Judge to recuse him or herself from the case for the appropriate reasons.
