How long does a DUI stay on your record in VT. Do I have to report n offense 20 yr old if the question is ''Have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor...?''

Yes you have to report it. It never comes off your actual record unless you had it expunged. It may not show on a DMV abstract but it is part of your FBI record. If you lie you could be liable for a new charge.
