DWI and DMV
I was suspended in 2003 for a 2nd offense guilty plea for 18 mo. Had two old dwi in 84 86 that were not considered. When I applied for crash 16 mo later. my liscense was resuspended for life with no additional charges. When did the courts allow them to go back through your whole life and was it retroactive to my case

You may be able to get a license in Colorado now.
