renewing my green card
Hi, im renewing my green card after 10 years . but i was wondering if i need legal advise. i was arrested like 5 years ago for a domestic. but when i when to court they lowered to a simple assault. wicth is a misderminor. i have never had other problem besides that. how can that affect my renewal and do i need legal advide. i already have an appoinment for finger prints so whats the best thing i should do. thanks in advance

You must provide your "official" criminal record as well as any rehabilitative efforts made by you. I strongly recommend seeking out an Immigration Attorney for your renewal application.
