Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Vermont
This may seem an odd question, but who owns the intellectual property of baby pictures? If a child (over the age of 18) has "fallen out" with a parent, can said child claim intellectual property rights over pictures of themselves with said parent?

s a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The IP of any picture is a copyright. This is usually held by the person who takes the picture. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
