lease escape in trailer park
I Just found out the trailer I purchased in a state owned trailer park is unfixable-the previous owners mislead (lied?) me about the state of the trailer. For example, they claimed the roof was repaired, but it is so bad it almost caved in during a recent snowstorm. I have a 1 yr lease. Do I have any options?

Did you purchase or lease?

You state you purchased it but have a one year lease?

If you received misrepresentation , you should rescind purchase.

Any documents signed? Money turned over?
