mental torture from roomate

i have a lease with my ex boyfriend. i have tried to remain civil with him but he has decided to fight. constantly calling me names and threating to evict me. i dont have the money to relocate. he has turned off the electricity and has stated i can not use certain rooms in the house. the mental abuse is making it unliviable but i still need to stay what should i do

Is he your roomate or your Landlord?

If your roommate you may have no choice but to move. If he is actually threatening you maybe you should get a restraining order for domestic violence.
