contesting my dads will since he has remarried

My dad divorced my mom and

remarried. If me and my siblings are

not in his will can we contest it, to we

have a legal right to inheritance from

his estate?

Your father can leave you and the rest of your siblings absolutely nothing. You have no "legal right" to inheritance. Either you are named in the will, trust or other estate documents or the person died intestate (meaning without a will or other estate document). If they died without a will then you likely do have rights under intestate statutes.

That said, there are always will contests when family members or other parties contest what they did or did not get. If the testator was not of sound mind at the time of making the will or like document, that may be an issue.
