Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Viet Nam

buying real estate in vietnam
I am a US citizen and had purchased land from family members in 2000. The transaction was not ''notorized''. I just have a letter with signatures from the owner that I purchased a land and the amount paid. I am looking to legalize this transaction and sell this piece of property. How can I go about this? Thanks.

You need to contact a VN attorney.I doubt you have any rights.
