Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Can my child support be reduced? I get my children every week for 2 days (my off days rotate) & one weekend every month of the mothers choice. This has been going on since September 2010 legally.

It depends on the sharing basis on which the original child support was based. If it was based on you having the children less that 90 overnights per year, and if you now have them for more than 90 overnights per year, you may be eligible to have your child support reduced.
