Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

hi , i have a green card for tow years and it will expire on december 2012 and im separated with my husband right now but i have a 16 months girl and im 6 months pregnant , how can i renew it ?

You have to file a petition to remove the conditions on your permanent residence. Either I or another qualified immigration attorney can assist with this.
