Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
If I signed an electronic contract but the other party did not. Can it be legally binding? In the contract it states signatures from both parties are needed.

If you sent it to the other party signed, it was an offer, which upon being accepted would constitute a contract. If you withdrew the offer before it was accepted, no contract was formed.
