Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia
ADA Act Violations via Landlord Discrimination/Harassment
I have been diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety, insomnia and bi-polar disease. I am on my 4th month of a Leave of Absence from a 100k a year job that I am in fear of losing due to the alledged activity of my landlord and Domestic Partner. It has come to my attention recently that my Domestic Partner has engaged in Alledged/Questionable Illegal Activity, AND my Landlord and HIM have been working together to evict based on what I know (his alledged activity that she is unaware of and totally in the dark about, and her alledged city code violations I'm aware of and have not reported AND her Alledged Tax Evasion for having the Apt listed in her father-in-laws name and alledgedly NOT reporting the rental property in full-compliance with IRS Laws, i.e., possible and alledged tax evasion, mail fraud, money laundering.)
All of this activity has made my medical condition much more difficult to deal with and has inflicted much distress by their alledged ''collusion'' to evict me.
Questions:
1) Has she violated my rights for processing eviction proceedings based on my disability?
2) What legal options do I have available to me relevant to civil and punitive damages?
Thank you in advance for you help.

I would surmise that the likely answer to your first question is probably not, and, as to your second, you would probably need to arrange for a consultation with an attorney for any meaningful answers and advice regarding this question.
