I cannot afford to pay high electric bills on ssi can i fight and sue the company

Sure, one can always sue; winning your case, however, is quite a different matter, and you would be unlikely to prevail (in my opinion) with your claim merely because you believe that your electric utility bills are too high. A more productive approach would likely be for you to explore as to what resources may be locally available in your community that would allow a person in circumstances such as yours to receive some assistance or subsidy with your utility bills.
