There is no "3 day window" in the Commonwealth for return of the vehicle (if that's what you have in mind) unless your purchase agreement provided for such return (not too likely).
However, you may still have a possible case against the seller if
he made misrepresentations to you concerning the condition
of the vehicle in order to fraudulently induce you to purchase it.
