child forgot on bus

do i have a case? my disabled child was forgotten on the bus (in the morn.)about 3 yr ago. he woke in the bus yard and the school took 2 days to inform me. now this happened again in the county. what can i do? if anything.

What are your damages, meaning how was your child measurably injured due to this obvious neglect. (I assume that he was not left in the bus yard for two days before he was discovered.)

If the answer is you can't come up with any, other than filing your complaint with the school principal, my advice would be to forget about it.
