Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

am I covered

If I am diabled through either an accident or illness am I covered by the any government insurance (state?); I just moved here from California 2 months ago. Thank you.

You should expect that any government insurance/welfare programs in VA will be, at best, far less generous than those in CA, and may not exist at all.
