Doctors orders
When a doctor says you can not return to work you are disabled even if it is only tempory right? If so can you be terminated for following orders? Do I have a case for discrimination

No, and yes, you obviously can be, if you haven't the protection afforded to an employee by a contract or collective bargaining type of agreeement. What you have described would not appear to involve what the law recognizes as actionable discrimination prohibited by federal or state law.
