Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

My ex husband has a fugitive file and I was trying to figure out how much trouble he is in beacuse I dont want him coming and taking my son if he is in trouble. what should I do? He has had a fugitive file for court he never went to back in 2005. He just started coming around to see my son again and I decided to look him up. Please help me!

If five years have passed without law enforcement picking up this fugitive, I would not let this apparently still outstanding warrant interfere with your son's

opportunity to see his father.
