I have inherited 68% of a home and would like to get force my sibling to sell his interest. I have been living in the home for several years before inheriting it what should I do. I am the executor of the estate and would like to force my brother sell me his interest. Can I ?

No, but if you were to file a partition lawsuit in your local circuit court, in lieu of partition a judge might order the property sold with an appropriate division of the sale proceeds between you and your brother.
