Legal Question in Disability Law in Virginia

Getting out of the Navy

I am getting out of the Navy tomorrow and I have been trying to get psycological counseling and was given Zoloft for my condition and that was it. I am being discharged for Administrative reasons and I need psycological care, what can I do?

Once you're officially discharged, it would seem advisable for you to report

to the nearest Veterans' hospital or facility which can provide the kind of care which you are seeking.
