prescription drug screen discrimination

2 years ago i was hurt on an industrial job site thru no fault of my own workers comp settled but i contracted a disease called fibromyalgia myofacial which i am under a doctors care for he gave me my release to go back to work but istill take aminimum of meds for fatigue and pain but i function very well iam well below the amount he wants me to take iwas told to go to tradesman internatioanal and apply for a job where my husband works as a foreman i went and took my drug screen and was told point blank by the man hiring me that he could put me on any job he had but the one my husband was on because the safety man for the general contractor refused to hire people on presciption meds according to the ADA Act is that not a violation of my rights to work and an act of discrimination just because i have fibromyalgia
